Materials of Geodesic Dome Tent

Frame Material: The Q235 steel plate was prepared by electrostatic spraying and cold galvanized and perform better in case of corrosion resistance. The frame of the geodesic dome tent is stable between 10 to 15 years depending on the surrounding environment.

Cover Canopy: Both 850g/m² shading PVC film(any color can be customized) and 950g/m² cold-crack resistance transparent PVC film can serve 8 to10 years. We provide customized service beside fully transparent cover, completely opaque cover and transparent front cover.

We also provide insulation layer for glamping dome, which can be divided into two parts, non-combustible carbon fiber pre-oxidized silk insulation felt and flame retardant polyester fabric. The insulation layer is flame-retardant, mildew-proof, waterproof, non-odor-absorbing, and provides with excellent thermal insulation. Other accessories like windows, curtains, lights, furnitures are customizable on request.

    1Why should I choose dome tent?
    If you want to add an eclectic flair to your event, a dome gazebo is the perfect choice. The hemisphere appearance gives it a unique appeal. Plus, dome gazebos also offer a lot of surface area for branding and marketing efforts.
    2What sizes do you offer?
    Our dome tents are available in sizes starting from 4m diameter and ranging up to 80 metres. Our engineers can go beyond these standard sizes if you require it.
    3Is a dome tent safe?
    Our dome tent is fabricated with advanced engineering and space-age materials that offer the best in innovation and functionality. The frame is erected with strong powder-coated steel tubes that are joined together with commercial-grade connectors to form the triangular cross-sections.
    4Can I hang lights and drapes from my dome tent?
    The interlocking triangular sections of the dome form a grid that is exceptionally strong and stable. You can add lights, interior furnishing and suspend lightweight machinery or appliances like projectors and cameras to accentuate the versatility of your dome.

    6When will you deliver my order?
    After you approve the final design and contact, we will take about 4 – 6 weeks to produce, and another 4weeks to ship to your address. Before shipment, our logistics team will get in contact with you to confirm the delivery address.
    7How long does it take to set up a dome tent?
    It depends on how big is the dome. Usrally small dome(dia. 5-10m) can take about 3-5 hours to establish. You will also need a recommended minimum 3-person team to set up the dome safely and securely.
    8Can you print my logo on the dome canopy?
    Yes. Our designers can add customised branding on to the gazebo fabric as per your requirements. Not only logos, but full-blown graphics and text can also be custom printed on the dome gazebo’s surface – anything to bring more flair to your event!
